Mya's final walk toward the light at Terminal 13 is deliberately ambiguous, but the empty train terminal suggests the signal's range is limited to Terminus. Escape may be possible — or the broadcast she's hearing through her headphones is the same signal, and she's simply walking toward a different version of the trap.

New Year's Eve in Terminus goes sideways fast. A signal bleeding through every screen — phones, TVs, radios — starts rewiring brains, turning ordinary citizens into paranoid killers who don't realize they're the threat. The film fractures into three perspectives that circle the same night: a woman fleeing her jealous, infected husband, a downstairs New Year's party that curdles into a bloodbath, and a desperate run across the city to reach a rendezvous point before the signal claims everyone left standing. Shot as a triptych by three different directors, each segment bleeds into the next with tonal whiplash. The signal isn't a virus — it's a permission slip. It strips the civilized mask and lets the id off the leash.
